A pig tie is a type of tying used to immobilize and torture a person. It is of Serbian origin. In this method, the person is placed in a prone position and the feet are bent from the kneecap and lifted upwards. Then, a rope is tied to the feet and the other end of this rope is tied to the person's throat and released.
In this way, the person is prevented from moving and a painful situation arises. The blood accumulated in the legs wants to move forward strongly, but the muscles cannot prevent it. As a result, the legs begin to open slowly and the person suddenly experiences a feeling of suffocation.
