Aiming to make beneficial and lasting contributions to the society with its social responsibility projects, Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey has been organizing a painting competition for students in Sakarya since 2006 as part of the Traffic Week celebrations in order to raise awareness of traffic safety.

As a company that is aware of its social responsibilities, Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey assumes an active responsibility in traffic safety and believes that traffic education should be given importance from an early age in order to eliminate the problems experienced in traffic. In particular, raising awareness of traffic safety in childhood contributes to the ability of individuals to make obeying traffic rules a habit and lifestyle in the future. Aiming this awareness, Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey has been organizing painting competitions for second year primary school students in Sakarya since 2006.

In the painting competition organized with the cooperation of Sakarya Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Provincial Directorate of Traffic, 20 winners were presented their awards at the Traffic Week celebration ceremony, where the provincial protocol also participated.

During the traffic week celebration ceremonies, the Provincial Protocol, including Serdivan District Governor Ali Candan, Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Ziya Cevheri, Provincial Police Deputy Chief Hakan İzmir and Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey Senior Vice President Kenji Tsuchiya, was held at Serdivan Traffic Park on Wednesday, May 10. met in. In addition to students, many guests participated in awareness-raising activities on traffic safety and social awareness on this important issue was increased.
