“It will open great areas to the business world over the age of 65”

One of the remarkable names of the summit, DEIK Board Member Steven Young made a detailed presentation on “What will change in the journey to 2050” and answered the questions of the sector representatives.

Emphasizing that 2050 main issues will come to the fore in the journey to 4, namely connectivity, second urbanization, demographic energy and climate, Steven Young said, “The number of smart devices will increase to 55 billion and this will increase rapidly. we come to 2050 zamMost of the world's population will now prefer to live in big cities, and this will be a big test in terms of infrastructure in cities. In addition, it is predicted that the 65-year-old and over group will grow 2 times more compared to other age groups. This will open up great new areas to the business world. Our traditional industries may find it difficult to attract new talent and young talent, and this may cause gaps in the coming years. However, it will also affect the cost balances. Therefore, as companies, we need to make ourselves an attractive employer that appeals to the Y generation. In this sense, gender equality between men and women, from the physical environment of the company, is very important. We need to pay attention to that,” he said.

Saying, “We need to focus on the future with the speed achieved in the past,” Steven Young, Member of the Board of Directors of DEIK, said:

“When we talk about the future, the terms and way of doing business used to be automotive technology in the automotive industry. But it isn't like that anymore. We're talking about smart mobility. In 2020, the internet of things sector has already created a 250 billion dollar sector and it is increasing rapidly. By 2030, 15 trillion dollars will be invested in this sector. The world's software center is shifting from Silicon Valley to India. muazzam There is an investment in India. Watch and follow india. It will grow very quickly.”

“The breaking point in hydrogen is 2030”

Stating that one of the main change trends in the mobility of the future will be hydrogen, Young said:

“Currently we are seeing it in heavy vehicles, it is being tested extensively. It gradually began to be commercialized. But our prediction is that 2030 will be a breaking point. Currently, there are still studies on unit costs and security. Hydrogen spreads to passenger and light commercial vehicles zamThe moment will go on fast. What's the advantage?
