Users, who will have the opportunity to experience the end-to-end digital sales process for the first time in Turkey, will first be able to access the "Smart Device Configurator" from Togg.com.tr or the Trumore application and examine the device's hardware features, technical data and model prices. Users, who examine the version prices and features of the smart device, will choose the T10X version they want and start configuring it. Users will be able to examine the design of the version they have chosen by rotating them 360 degrees with the 'Colors of Turkey' and decide on the exterior color option.
If they wish, they will be able to change the environment in which the smart device is located and see how their favorite exterior color looks on the T10X in a sunny weather. The users, who have determined the exterior color, will choose the rim options of the T10X in the next step and go to explore the interior design. Users will be able to zoom in or see the T10X's large interior design from a wider angle. Afterwards, they will be able to add the optional equipment they wish and view the details of the advantageous equipment packages special for the launch.

Those who complete the configuration will review the details on the summary page and make their final checks. Those who review and approve the pre-order contract will proceed to the payment stage. After the pre-order period closes, the digital drawing will be drawn in the presence of a notary on March 28. The ordered list containing the pre-order numbers and the first letters of the names and surnames of the users who will participate in the draw will be published by Togg before the draw. Users who have the right to order will make the remaining payments, less the prepayment amount, when the delivery date of their smart devices comes.
The prepayment fees of users who did not qualify for an order in the lottery will be automatically credited back to their Trumore e-Wallet and then to their accounts and credit cards within 14 days at the latest, depending on their bank.
