Jan Ptacek, who has held various senior management positions within Renault Group for 25 years, has been appointed as Renault Group Turkey CEO. Same as Jan Ptacek zamAt the same time, it is envisaged that he will take place in the Boards of Oyak Renault Automobile Factories A.Ş and MAİS Motorlu Araçlar İmal ve Satış A.Ş. as the Renault Group representative. Jan Ptacek will replace Hakan Doğu, who left Renault Group to carry out his personal projects.
Jan Ptacek, who will report to Renault Brand CEO Fabrice Cambolive, will work with Renault Group's long-established partner Oyak Group to expand its business volume and ecosystem in Turkey in his new position.
Jan Ptacek, who studied engineering at Prague Technical University, then completed his education on marketing at Ecole des Mines in France and two different universities in Paris. Working at Renault Group for over 25 years, Ptacek held managerial positions in group sales and marketing operations in Czechia, France, Ukraine, Russia and Romania throughout his professional career. Jan Ptacek most recently served as Renault Russia general manager from 2019-2022.
