PETRONAS strengthens its historical partnership with Iveco with electric vehicle fluids designed with Iveco's focus on new zero-emission eDAILY vehicles designed together with Iveco to maximize performance and develop sustainable solutions for the commercial automotive industry.
The long-standing collaboration between the two industry leaders focused on automotive innovation and durability since 1975 continues with the production of high quality electric vehicle fluids, co-engineered for thousands of hours to meet the needs of Iveco drivers. These new electric vehicle fluids shed light on the shared goal of both PETRONAS and Iveco to achieve a sustainable future.
Defined as the 'electric twin' of Iveco's iconic model DAILY vehicles, eDAILY covers all commercial vehicle use applications, including demanding tasks. The new electric vehicle makes a significant contribution to achieving zero emission targets of transport vehicles and is supported with performance-enhancing fluids to ensure that vehicles have a longer lifespan.
PETRONAS Iona Integra Plus has been specially designed for the eDAILY e-Transfer (electric transmission) box to reduce losses due to oil agitation while ensuring the durability of the system. This is comparable to the higher viscosities in standard fluids and offers excellent oxidation properties even at elevated temperatures. PETRONAS Iona offers a perfectly optimized performance and durability for modern, high-end electric vehicles.
eDAILY vehicles will also use PETRONAS Tutela Axle 75 HD, an SAE 85W -900 axle oil developed for all Iveco axles, including light and heavy-duty vehicles, to maximize efficiency and meet the latest regulatory requirements.
