Within the scope of Turkey Innovation Week, InovaTIM Innovation Competition Award Ceremony was held. The meeting hosted by TİM President Mustafa Gültepe was attended by Minister Varank as well as Minister of Youth and Sports Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu.

APPROXIMATELY 2 STUDENTS APPLIED
65 students from 986 different universities across Turkey applied to the InovaTIM Innovation Competition. In the competition, 23 projects qualified for the finals. Teams of associate, undergraduate and graduate students competed with each other in the categories of artificial intelligence and sustainability and nature protection. After the speeches, Ministers Varank and Kasapoğlu presented their awards to the top three teams in three categories.
INCREASED AWARD AMOUNTS
In his speech, Minister Varank stated that the third place teams would be awarded 25, the second place 35 and the first place 40 thousand lira, and wanted these numbers to be increased. With the suggestion of Minister Varank, the third teams were awarded 50 thousand liras, the second teams 70 and the first teams 80 thousand liras.
