“The new Opel Astra is exciting”

Opel CEO Florian Huettl started his speech at the awards ceremony with the words “We really hit the mark with the new Opel Astra” and said:

“Our new compact model is not only convincing, but also zamat the same time arouses excitement on the other side. We are very happy that the readers of AUTO BILD and BILD am SONNTAG, the expert jury and fellow editors also commented on it”.

Tom Drechsler, BILD Group Automotive Editor-in-Chief and General Manager, said, “The new Astra has changed the balance in the compact class, with many of the features needed to be successful in this segment. A large screen, a useful trunk and different driving options… All this on a single platform. If that's not convincing enough, it'll be enough to try ergonomic seats." he said.

With its new brand face, Opel Visor, it sets the standards in the compact class with its fully digital and intuitive Pure Panel cockpit. Adaptable, non-glare Intelli-Lux LED Pixel headlights with a total of 168 LED cells in the New Astra include the most advanced technologies, while AGR certified ergonomic seats provide comfort.
