More than an automobile, Togg's Technology Campus was opened by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with a ceremony held on October 29, Republic Day. At the launch, Togg's first smart device, the C SUV, was also rolled off the production line. While the reflections of the magnificent ceremony continued, discussions came with it.

Upon the allegations that Togg was produced abroad and that the first vehicles to come off the mass production line were brought from Italy, a harsh statement came from the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mustafa Varank, to end the discussions. Minister Varank published the images of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan inspecting the Togg Technology Campus on his social media account.

President Erdoğan makes inspections by car and then on foot in the Togg Technology Campus. In the body section, it witnesses the assembly of the Togg's bottom base and side panels by robots. 1,2 MILLION SQUARE METERS CAMPUS
Located in the Gemlik district of Bursa, Togg Technology Campus was built on an area of 1,2 million square meters. In addition to the Body, Paint and Assembly facilities, the campus, which has an indoor area of 230 thousand square meters, has an R&D Center, Style Design Center, Battery Technology Center, Prototype Development and Test Center, Strategy and Management Center and User Experience Park.
250 ROBOT MISSING
A 250 kilometer test track was built at the production facility, where a total of 1.6 robots work on the production lines. The facility, which has the cleanest paint shop in Europe, has been designed according to paperless, digital working principles and has high automation.
3 MILLION HOURS
9 people took part in the construction of the Gemlik Campus. 700 million hours of work was carried out. Gemlik Campus will employ a total of 3 people when the production capacity reaches 175 units.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OWNED 100 PERCENTLY OF TURKEY
Togg, which will be Turkey's first born electric smart device, will hit the road in the first quarter of 2023. Togg, which will be a global brand whose intellectual and industrial property is 100% owned by Turkey, will initially have a 51 percent domestic rate. This rate will increase in the coming years. Worked with 75 business partners for Togg's campus in Gemlik, 200 percent of its suppliers are from Turkey.
