A 120 percent SCT is applied for cars whose base, that is, the price of which taxes are not applied, does not exceed 45 thousand liras.
According to this, 120 thousand TL SCT is added to a vehicle with a base base of 54 thousand TL and it increases to 174 thousand TL.
