Organized by Ülkü Motorsports Club under the sponsorship of ICRYPEX, the fifth and final races of AVIS 2022 Turkey Track Championship were held in İzmir Ülkü Park on 26-27 November. In the organization, where a total of 16 cars, 7 in the super group and 23 in the maxi group, took to the track, there was great competition especially in both races of the super group.
In both races of the Maxi group, the first 3 rows did not change. Turgut Konukoğlu from the Bitci Racing team finished the weekend with a double victory, while Barkın Pınar from the same team took the second place and Zekai Özen took the third place. Having won 10 of the 8 races this season, Konukoğlu won the AVIS 2022 Turkey Track Maxi Group Championship with these results.
Andrea Furci from Liqui Moly H2K Racing Team in the first race of the super group race on Saturday and Ümit Ülkü from Ülkü Motorsport became the names who shared the first race in the second race raced on Sunday. However, as a result of the objections made after the race, the results did not become official and it was decided to be announced later after the examinations of the technical and sportive committee.
