During the said period, the company produced more than 17.000 trucks at the Aksaray Truck Factory and exported approximately 9.000 of these vehicles to European countries. Exporting 2 out of every 1 trucks it produces, Mercedes-Benz Türk exported 10 out of every 6 trucks exported from Turkey in the relevant period. The company also exported more than 2022 buses to 27 countries in the January-September period of 2.000.
Mercedes-Benz Türk, one of the most important representatives of the heavy commercial vehicle industry in Turkey since 1967, demonstrated its successful performance in the Turkish market in the first 9 months of the year, also in exports. In the said period, the company has approximately 9.000 trucks and tow trucks; It continued to maintain its leading position in the sector by exporting more than 2.000 buses.
Mercedes-Benz Turk Chief Executive Officer Süer Sülün said, “We export the trucks we produce in our Aksaray Truck Factory and the buses we produce in our Hoşdere Bus Factory to all over the world. We have strengthened our position in the heavy commercial vehicle industry, which we have been leading for years, with our success in exports in the first three quarters of 2022. In the said period, 10 out of every 6 trucks and 2 out of every 1 buses exported from Turkey bear the signature of Mercedes-Benz. We aim to continue this success we achieved in exports in the last quarter of the year as well.”

Exporting 2 out of every 1 trucks it produces, the company managed to further strengthen its pioneering position in truck exports in the aforementioned period. Signing 10 out of every 6 trucks exported from Turkey, the company has increased its exports by 24 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Increased bus exports by 62 percent
Mercedes-Benz Türk, which reached an important milestone by unloading its 100 thousandth bus from the bands in October, continued the export of buses produced at Hoşdere Bus Factory without slowing down. Exporting more than 2022 buses in the first three quarters of 2.000, the company increased its exports by 62 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Mercedes-Benz Türk mainly exports the buses it produces to European countries, including Portugal, France, Czechia and Italy. Exporting 10 out of every 8 buses produced at Hoşdere Bus Factory, the company zamIt also exports to regions in different continents such as the United States and Reunion.
Mercedes-Benz Turk aims to consolidate its pioneering position in exports, which it maintained in the first three quarters of 2022, in the last quarter of the year.
