Preparations have been completed for the opening of the Gemlik Campus, where the serial production of Togg, which is among Turkey's vision projects, will take place.
Direction signs with the inscription "Togg" were placed at the intersections, where transportation to the facility is provided from the Bursa-Yalova highway, by the teams of the General Directorate of Highways.
Landscape works reflecting Togg's emblem were carried out on the roads and junctions of the facility, which is 5 kilometers away from the highway.
"Business and Working License" was issued to Togg by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, dated 28 October 2022 and numbered 3879.
The guests who wanted to witness the opening of Togg Gemlik Campus, which was completed in a short time of about 2 years, started to be admitted to the area after passing through the turnstiles.
A large number of press members for the ceremony reflect the excitement of the opening with live broadcasts from the morning hours in the areas reserved for them.
The official opening of the campus will be held at 16.00 with a ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and many local and foreign guests.
Turkey's smart car Togg, which is expected to enter the mass production process after the opening, will be on the road with the "Colors of Turkey" bearing the names "Anatolia", "Gemlik", "Oltu", "Kula", "Cappadocia" and "Pamukkale".
The “Devrim” car, which started Turkey's domestic automobile adventure by being produced in 1961 upon the instruction of President Cemal Gürsel, was brought to the Togg Gemlik Campus.
