The company, which won the tender for a total of 24 7-meter electric buses, including 31 definitive and 18 options, in the field of public transportation systems in the city of Bologna, Italy, with the e-ATA model, has now started the countdown for the show of strength it will undertake in two separate fairs. In this context, on 12-14 October Karsan; e-JEST is preparing to leave its mark on the Next Mobility Expo in Milan and the IBE (Intermobility and Bus Expo) fairs in Rimini, where it will exhibit 3 vehicles consisting of e-ATAK and e-ATA models.
Emphasizing that the Italian market has a special importance for them, Karsan CEO Okan Baş said, “We have increased our targets in Italy. In this context, we are taking ambitious steps and further strengthening our presence with our electric vehicles. The tender we recently won with our 18-meter e-ATA model for the public transportation systems of the city of Bologna is among the proofs that we are taking firm steps towards our goal. As a step towards the stable growth we have shown in Europe, we are getting ready to exhibit our electric product family at the fairs in Milan and Rimini.”
