The excitement of the 2022 Petlas Off-Road Turkey Championship hosted by the Metropolitan Municipality continues. The 5nd stage of the 2th Leg races started on the track prepared at the Sports Island Facilities. 14 vehicles and 30 athletes from 60 cities compete fiercely to successfully complete the races in Sakarya.
The excitement continues at the 2022 Petlas Turkey Off-Road Championship hosted by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality. The Metropolitan Municipality prepared Spor Ada, the most comprehensive automobile sports facility of the region, for the races. On the first day of the 5th Leg races, 14 vehicles and 30 athletes from 60 cities traveled to complete the stages in the fastest way on different tracks. The excitement reached its peak in the second stage of the organization, in which pilots who achieved great success in this field in Turkey and in the world competed fiercely. The award ceremony of the organization, which was realized with the cooperation of the Metropolitan Municipality, Turkish Automobile Sports Federation and 54 Automobile Sports Clubs, will be held at the Sports Island Facilities at 18.00.
Excitement at the races
A feast is experienced at the Spor Ada facilities, where the spectators come from the early hours of the morning to follow these adrenaline-filled races. Off-Road racers make a great effort to successfully complete the 5th Leg races. In the statement made by the Metropolitan Municipality, “We are holding the 2022th Leg of the 5 Petlas Turkey Off-Road Championship, the biggest race of Turkey, in the Sports City Sakarya. Excitement peaked in the second day races. We wish success to all participants.”
