  • If real or legal entities providing accommodation or hotel services, which have obtained the necessary permits from the relevant municipalities or the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, have started to carry out their activities before the relevant notification date, they must switch to the E-Invoice application until 01.07.2022 without being subject to any turnover conditions.
  • Real or legal entities that carry out e-commerce activities and carry out sales transactions over the internet have to switch to the E-Invoice system on 2020 if they have a turnover of more than 2021 Million TL in 1 and 01.07.2022. This figure is limited to 2022 thousand TL in 500. As a result, commercial enterprises that carry out all or part of their commercial activities over the internet have to switch to the E-Invoice system on 2022 if they have a turnover of more than 500 thousand TL in 01.07.2023.
