“UNIT KG VALUE IN EXPORT OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES, 25-30 TIMES THAT OF TURKEY”

Commenting on the subject, TEMSA CEO Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu said, “TEMSA has won such awards countless times in its deep-rooted history; A brand that has always pioneered the automotive industry when it comes to exports. Now it is reinforcing its pioneering position, which it has strengthened with technology and innovation, with electric vehicles. Today, TEMSA's electric buses are on the road in very important countries such as Sweden, Czech Republic, USA and Spain. Considering that the unit kilogram value of our electric bus exports is approximately 25-30 times the average of Turkey's exports, I think that TEMSA's flagship in this mobilization is a very important step for the Turkish economy as well. As TEMSA, which has exported approximately 70 vehicles to nearly 15 countries around the world to date, we will continue to diversify our market and expand our electrification solutions in the coming period. Currently, 6 percent of our exports come from these zero-emission electric vehicles. To take this to much higher levels; In 2025, we plan to meet more than half of our total bus volume from electric vehicles.”
