Otokar will participate in FIDAE 5, the important defense and security fair of South America, which will be held in Santiago, the capital of Chile, between 10-2022 April. One of the Koç Group companies, Turkey's global land systems manufacturer Otokar continues to successfully represent Turkey in the field of defense industry. It is participating in FIDAE 2022, the largest defense and security fair of the South American region, which will be held in Santiago, the capital of Chile. During the six-day fair, Otokar will introduce its wide product range of world-renowned armored vehicles as well as its superior capabilities in land systems.
Otokar General Manager Serdar Görgüç stated that nearly 33 Otokar military vehicles actively serve in different regions and climatic conditions: We make a difference with our military vehicles and wide product range that we develop and produce for today's and future threats. In the last 10 years, we have allocated approximately 8 percent of our turnover to R&D activities.
