If your eyes are caught in a spot and your eyelids start to get heavy while you are driving, make sure to stop the vehicle in a safe place and get fresh air.

Try to avoid driving as much as possible between 12 o'clock at night and 6 o'clock in the morning.

Get good sleep, especially before going on a long trip, and don't eat heavy meals before traveling.

Do not be behind the wheel for more than 8-9 hours. If you are going to make a long journey, make sure to take a break every two hours, even if it is short.

It is known that taking 15-20 minute sleep breaks before continuing on the road increases performance. When you feel very tired, stop the vehicle and take short sleep breaks.

If there is a second driver in the vehicle, change the driver.

To get out of the driving routine, drink fluids, have a snack.
