The 2022 Nissan Juke Hybrid will benefit from the hybrid system developed with Renault and currently used in the Clio and Captur. In the system in question, the 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine is accompanied by two electric motors. While the gasoline unit alone produces 93 horsepower and 148 Nm of torque, the electric motor supports it with 48 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque.
The front doors and trunk lid of the Nissan Juke Hybrid also have the Hybrid logo. The trunk volume of the Juke Hybrid, which is 354 liters, is 68 liters less than the Juke. In the interior, there is information about the hybrid on the instrument panel. Among the selectable options, the Juke Hybrid with 17-inch wheels will have 19-inch wheels as an option.
The atmospheric 1,6-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine in this vehicle produces 93 HP and 148 Nm of torque. The electric motor of the Juke Hybrid is 48 HP. The average consumption value of this vehicle, which is stated to have decreased by 20 to 40 percent compared to the Juke, is 5,2 lt/100 km. The electric range of the Juke Hybrid, which can only accelerate up to 55 km / h electrically, is not clear for now. The Juke Hybrid has a clutchless transmission. In the sequential gearbox, which also acts as an automatic transmission, there are gears with a flat structure and high locking feature instead of synchromesh gear. As the vehicle accelerates, the clutch required to increase the gears is done electronically by electric motors.
It is stated that Nissan will launch the electric Juke in 2023 after the Juke hybrid.
