Kia ranked at the top of the list in the Vehicle Reliability Research conducted by the respected US automotive research company JD Power, leaving 31 brands behind.
Kia surpassed 31 brands in the JD Power Vehicle Reliability Research, which conducts reliable research on the automotive industry and was created with direct user comments, and was at the top of the list as the brand that consumers had the least problems with. Kia, which ranked third among mass brands and premium brands in the survey conducted last year, rose to leadership this year. Kia, which earned 47 points more than the industry average, took the lead with 145 points from the users, while Kia Sorento was chosen first in the SUV segment in the JD Power Vehicle Reliability Research for two consecutive years. As part of the 2022 Vehicle Reliability Survey, JD Power surveyed 32 customers of 29.487 automotive brands in the US. Only owners of new cars and light commercial vehicles from 2019 models registered for individual use and leasing customers were taken into account.
