PEUGEOT, the leader brand of SUV, achieved a market share of 11% in the light commercial vehicles (HTA) class in the 10,9th month of the year, an increase of 4,9 points compared to the same period of the previous year. Making evaluations on the subject, PEUGEOT Turkey General Manager İbrahim Anaç said, “We are happy to continue the success we have achieved in the SUV segment. We aim to continue this graph in December as well. In addition, we have achieved a serious growth trend in the light commercial vehicle segment. We are in the 11th place in the light commercial vehicles category with a 5,9 percent market share in the first 4 months of the year. Compared to last year, we achieved an increase of 1,7 percent. While the light commercial vehicle market grew by 2021% in the January-November 27 period compared to the same period last year, our sales increased by 80%.

The ambitious representative of the B-SUV segment managed to achieve a sales figure of 1.038 units in November and maintained its stable graphic. In this way, PEUGEOT SUV 11, which closed the 20th month of the year with a market share of 2008 percent, managed to complete the January-November period as the leader of its class. Having reached a total sales figure of 11 units in the 8.545-month period of the year, SUV 2008 achieved a market share of 15% with these figures. Contributing to this success with the sales of SUV 3008, 908 units and SUV 5008 with sales of 65 units, made the French brand the SUV leader of the month with a total sales of 2.011 units and a market share of 15%. PEUGEOT, which achieved an increase of 2,6 points in its total market share in November compared to the same period of the previous year, achieved a share of 8,3%. Having achieved a total sales success of 4.999 units with its successful sales chart last month, PEUGEOT became the 3rd brand in the total market in November.

We are in the 11th place in the light commercial vehicles category with a 5,9 percent market share in the first 4 months of the year. Compared to last year, we achieved an increase of 1,7 percent. While the light commercial vehicle market grew by 21% in the January-November 27 period compared to the same period last year, our sales increased by 80%. The rise of the PEUGEOT brand in the light commercial vehicle class will continue.”
