Within the scope of the project led by Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG), the construction of the factory in Gemlik district of Bursa continues. Finally, with the decision published in the Official Gazette, it was announced that an incentive would be given to the battery production facility planned to be established in Bursa for TOGG.

In the decision signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, "It has been decided to put into effect the decision on granting project-based state aid to the battery cell and module production facility investment to be made in Bursa." it was said.

TAX EXEMPTION, VAT EXCLUSION
It was noted that the investment project supported within the scope of the decision will benefit from supports such as customs duty exemption, VAT exemption and refund, and tax reduction.
It was stated that insurance premium employer share support, income tax withholding support, qualified personnel support, energy support, grant support and allocation of investment location are among the aids to be provided.
2 ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENTS
It was stated that the duration of the investment is 13 years from the start date of 2021 October 10, and if the investment cannot be realized within the stipulated time, an additional period of half of this period may be granted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
The projected total fixed investment amount was determined as 30 billion TL. It was stated that the estimated additional employment is 2 thousand 200 and the number of qualified personnel is 400.
