With the cooperation of Toyota and taxi service DRIVR, 100 hydrogen taxis hit the roads in Copenhagen, Denmark. Toyota's Mirai model stands out as the ideal solution, with the decision of the Danish government that no new taxis will have CO2025 emissions as of 2 and that all taxis should have zero emissions from 2030.

Toyota and DRIVR have launched 100 Mirai on Copenhagen roads for a greener transportation industry. DRIVR, a taxi service based on smartphone application, has taken another important step towards environmentally friendly transportation by adding 100 more Mirai to its fleet. As it is known, Mirai, the world's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell car, only releases water from its exhaust during use.

Taxis, which make a lot of kilometers every day, especially in big cities, are shown as one of the key points for environmentally friendly transportation. The zero-emission Mirai, on the other hand, contributes to the creation of hydrogen infrastructure in cities with its high range.

Toyota continues to showcase the uses and advantages of hydrogen to create a hydrogen-based society on the road to zero emissions. Mirai, on the other hand, stands out in the field of zero-emission electric mobility with its increased range and easy filling, as well as its safe and comfortable driving. With these new projects, it is aimed to increase hydrogen solutions for transportation in Europe and to expand filling stations.
