Toyota's successful authorized dealer and service Toyota Plaza Aktoy has added new awards to the awards it has been awarded within the 3 years it has been operating. Toyota Plaza Aktoy, which has been serving in Istanbul Avcılar since 2018, won the second prize in the “Best Employers of Turkey” competition organized by Great Place To Work this year, and is also in the Regional and Special Awards Competition “Production Category” by Great Place To Work. was awarded the first prize.
Toyota Plaza Aktoy also achieved a great success in the performance evaluation of Toyota dealers in 2020, by receiving 3 awards: 'Outstanding Achievement Award', 'Customer Satisfaction Sales Award' and 'Customer Satisfaction After Sales Award'.

Making a statement after the award ceremony organized online by the Great Place to Work Institute, which has determined the Best Employers worldwide for more than 30 years, Küçükoğlu Holding Human Resources and Retail Group President Yahya Erçetin stated that project-based studies brought success and said, “We are trying to update the corporate culture and adopt it to the employees.
