A video showing the latest status of construction works at TOGG Gemlik Facility was shared on the official Twitter page of Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG).
In the post published on TOGG's official Twitter page “Turkey's Automobile” (@TOGG2022), it is stated that “From the assembly plant to the power plant, from the water treatment plant to the treatment plant; TOGG Gemlik Facility is progressing in line with our plans. Keep watching us." The video was included with the expressions. According to the information included in the video, 105 steel columns were erected at the TOGG Gemlik Plant's paint facility, while 4 tons of steel were assembled. In addition, 500 square meters of roof sandwich panel installation was completed at the paint facility, while 450 thousand 2 tons of iron was connected and 400 thousand 20 cubic meters of concrete was poured.
In the body facility, 252 prefabricated columns and 2 tons of steel were assembled. 300 cubic meters of concrete was poured at the hull facility, where 7 tons of iron was attached.
In the assembly facility, where 340 prefabricated columns were assembled, 3 tons of steel was assembled, while 600 cubic meters of concrete was poured. In addition, 65 thousand 500 tons of iron were tied at the assembly facility.
In the power plant of TOGG Gemlik Facility, 1425 tons of iron were connected, 9 thousand 628 cubic meters of concrete was poured and 400 square meters of masonry was done. In the water treatment plant, 1800 cubic meters of concrete was poured, while 360 tons of iron was tied.
While the foundation insulation of the entrance building of the facility was made, 2 cubic meters of concrete was poured and 100 tons of iron was attached to the entrance building. In the treatment plant, 2 square meters of basic insulation was made, while 800 cubic meters of concrete was poured, 520 tons of iron was bonded.
