Experts say that sweet solutions can be produced for children to consume milk, which is one of the indispensable nutrients in the growth and development of children, and recommend that mothers feed pudding with plenty of milk to their children. With custards enriched with different fruits for snacks, children meet their daily milk needs.

Nuh Naci Yazgan University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Prof. Dr. Neriman İnanç states that calcium and other minerals required for growth can also be obtained with the milk pudding option. Inanc said, “Children may refuse to drink milk for various reasons, and it can become a problem for mothers to have their children drink milk. One of the best alternatives for children who do not want to drink plain milk is pudding prepared with milk. Thanks to custards, children can also meet their calcium needs from milk.”
