Stating that a good work was done under the leadership of the Minister of Environment and Urbanization Murat Kurum, Pakdemirli said, “A Mucilage Commission was also established here in the Parliament. Related to this, a Deputy Minister and General Manager from our Ministry will be making a presentation to this commission, especially on issues that are relevant to us, next week.” used the phrases.
Pakdemirli spoke as follows on questions about whether the fish caught from Marmara can be consumed or not:
“As of now, there are no problems with eating and consuming fish from the Marmara Sea. We are already in a period when the hunting ban is valid. This hunting ban lasts until September 1. Apart from this, the Sea of Marmara is currently open to angling, namely coastal fishing. The fish caught and caught here are not very much on the counters, but even if they are, we have not had any problems or findings about their eating and consumption so far.”
“NO NEED YET RELATED TO THE CONTINUATION OF THE HUNT PROHIBITION”
Minister Pakdemirli stated that there is no need yet regarding the continuation of the hunting ban or the continuation of the Marmara specific; “If there is a need, the September 1 date may be extended a little longer, but I think we will not need it. As of September 1, when the hunting ban was lifted, large purse seine fishing is prohibited in many parts of the Marmara. Banned around the islands. Although we say that there is no problem in that sense, we do not have any evaluation regarding the extension of the hunting ban or the extension of the season for now. If necessary, we will make this assessment.” said.
“IT IS IMPORTANT TO TURN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS INTO PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS”
Minister Pakdemirli then attended the Gölpazarı Covered Marketplace and Shopping Center Groundbreaking Ceremony. In his speech here, Pakdemirli said that they are trying to keep up with the tempo of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Stating that President Erdoğan has devoted himself to his nation, Pakdemirli said, “He strives to serve his nation. As cabinetmates and fellow travellers, we try to keep up with his pace. As long as God gives health, we consider the duties we have done here as service.” he said.
Giving information about the agriculture and livestock potential of Gölpazarı, Pakdemirli continued his words as follows:
“If a residential area has as many small cattle as its population, this is enough. We see that Gölpazarı is progressing with 20 thousand animals at the beginning. You know that we also support small cattle. We provided very serious support in the pedigree and other scopes. In the last 3 years, we have achieved an increase of around 20 percent in our small cattle stock in Turkey. It is also very important to establish a food organized industrial zone in Gölpazarı.
It is not enough to just produce agricultural products. In addition to producing agricultural products, it is important to convert them into processed food products. From the moment we harvest them, especially from vegetables and fruits, deterioration begins. However, it is processed zamIt can also be subject to other storage conditions, so the sweat of our farmer stays in place.”
