Dokuz Eylul University (DEU), named after the glorious liberation day of Izmir, is preparing for the extreme sports events it will organize on the 99th anniversary of the epic victory. Before the sports activities to be held on September 9th, DEU Rector Prof. Emirhan Kutlu met with Turkey Trial Off-Road Champion Emirhan Kutlu and his team at Tınaztepe Campus. Under the leadership of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades; Rector Hotar, who said that they discussed the final preparations for the outdoor sports activities to be held on September 9, when the country was liberated from the enemy occupation, said, "We will bring our members and citizens together with the outdoor sports activities that we will hold on September 9, the day of liberation of our beautiful Izmir from the enemy occupation."

Rector Hotar, who came together with the Turkish Trial Off-Road Champion Emirhan Kutlu and his team, who made a name for himself with the success he achieved in the tournaments he participated in, at the Tınaztepe Campus of the university, said: we gave As an institution, we attach importance to social and sports activities.
