The partnership structure of Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) has changed.

While TOGG increased its paid-in capital from 150 million TL to 996.77 million TL; After the capital increase in which Kök Transportation did not participate, the shares of Turkcell, Vestel and Anadolu Group Holding each increased from 19 percent to 23 percent.

The shares of KÖK Transportation Transportation, which did not participate in the capital increase by deciding to narrow its fields of activity, in TOGG are purchased by the existing partners.

According to the statement made by TOGG; The paid-in capital of the company has been increased from 846.77 million TL to 150 million TL by increasing 996.77 million TL in cash by adding the previously made capital advances to the capital.

In this context, TOGG shareholders Turkcell, Vestel and Anadolu Group announced that they participated in the capital increase in their statements to the Public Disclosure Platform. All three shareholders announced that they purchased 2.9 percent of KÖK's remaining 0.2 percent share in TOGG's capital after the capital increase.

Accordingly, the final shares of Turkcell, Vestel and Anadolu Group in TOGG rose to 23 percent.
