The capital of the company is increased from 143 million TL to 210 million TL with an increase of 510 percent. Continuing its growth at home and abroad with the partnership of PPF Group, which also includes Sabancı Holding and Skoda Transportation, TEMSA Transportation Vehicles strengthens its capital. One of the leading companies of the Turkish industry for more than 50 years, TEMSA has decided to increase its capital by 143 percent. Accordingly, after the 300 million TL capital increase in cash, in which Sabancı Holding and PPF Group will participate equally, the company's capital of 210 million TL; It will be increased to 510 million TL.

Evaluating the 143 percent capital increase decision in TEMSA, Cevdet Alemdar said: “As it will be remembered, we ended the concordat process at TEMSA voluntarily in the past months. We see these export moves as the first step of TEMSA's new success story. Now, the company's capital of 210 million TL; We are raising it to 150 million TL by increasing 150 million TL in cash, 300 million TL from Sabancı Holding and 510 million TL from PPF Group. Accordingly, we are strengthening our capital in order for TEMSA to have a stronger and more competitive financial structure in both domestic and foreign markets.”
Cevdet Alemdar said, “Today, TEMSA is a brand that has proven itself in electric buses and autonomous vehicles. At the beginning of last January, we exported our first electric bus to Sweden. This means: Today, we sell our electric vehicles, which we produce in Adana, to a country that has had a say in the field of electric vehicle technology in the world, together with its own software and batteries.
