Vertical Aerospace, the first electric commercial aircraft manufacturer, announced that it has received investments from giant companies such as Microsoft, American Airlines and Rolls-Royce, and by merging with the IPO company, the company will reach more than 5 billion dollars in corporate value.

British Vertical Aerospace, the first electric commercial aircraft manufacturer, announced that 40 important companies have invested in them, as well as Microsoft, American Airlines and Rolls-Royce. The company also stated that with these investments, they received a thousand aircraft pre-orders worth 4 billion dollars from American Airlines and Avolon companies.

Prepared to go public to raise its corporate value to $5 billion, Vertical Aerospace develops electric vertical take-off and landing electric aircraft (fixed-wing aircraft that operate like helicopters) for urban air transport such as passenger taxis, medical evacuations and cargo handling.

Vertical Aerospace stated that they will work together with American Airlines in passenger operations, and on the other hand, the engineering team will combine with Rolls-Royce, Airbus, British Ministry of Defense and Jaguar Land Rover engineering experience.
