While the board memberships of Bülent Denkdemir and Taha Yasin Öztürk at Turkey's Automobile Initiative Group Industry and Trade Inc. (TOGG) were terminated, Fuat Tosyalı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tosyalı Holding, and Murat Yalçıntaş, CEO of BMC, were appointed.
It was seen that changes were made in the board of directors chart on TOGG's official website. Accordingly, the names of Tosyalı and Yalçıntaş took place in the TOGG Board of Directors, replacing Denkdemir and Öztürk.
On the other hand, it was learned that the said change took place as a result of Tosyalı Holding's acquisition of some of BMC's shares.
