In the relentless pursuit of speed, zammoment is the most important concern. Zamthe main counter race has fascinated fans of motorsport for more than 100 years and zammoment measurement has challenged watchmakers throughout history. The similarities between the two fields are evident.

Both Aston Martin and Girard-Perregaux were founded by visionaries with an innate passion. Aston Martin was founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. The origin of the Girard-Perregaux brand goes back to 19, when Jean-François Bautte produced his first watch when he was just 1791 years old. But most importantly, it was a love story that led to the birth of one of the biggest names in watchmaking when Constant Girard married Marie Perregaux in 1854.

The Aston Martin DBR1 (1956), built for racing and now legendary, was the pioneer for some of the brand's most famous legacy 'DB' cars. It was designed by Frank Feeley, a very talented designer at the institution, and he is arguably the best. zamrepresent moments, the shape of DBR1 zamcontinues to be the most beautiful and most elegant of moments. What's more, the design incorporates the functional side air ducts that first came out on this car and have so far become one of the main characteristics of Aston Martin sports cars. This functional element has become one of the main aesthetic details that fill the brand's models with their own distinctive personality. As soon as you look at an Aston Martin car, we can say that it reveals the identity of its designer.

Likewise, when Girard-Perregaux introduced the now-popular 'Three Golden Bridges' Tourbillon in 1867, he transformed three generally invisible functional pieces into an intriguing aesthetic feature. With the advent of this clock, parts that were not previously visible were deliberately made visible. Throughout its 230-year history, the Swiss Manufacturer has demonstrated its creativity, often playing with different shapes. It is this mindset that also inspired the brand's slogan: "We shape the present for those who know the inside out."

While both organizations bring together many skills and traditions, they continue to plan for the future. This innovative mindset is the basis for both brands to embrace continuous development and pursue high performance.

Aston Martin Lagonda's CEO, Tobias Moers, says: “The beauty of such a partnership is that despite having very similar core values, both brands have the potential to learn from each other. Girard-Perregaux is a productive innovator in terms of the use of materials and new technology. “Both brands create highly acclaimed and finely designed luxury products, showcase strong performance and deliver flawless execution,” he says.

Aston Martin Cognizant Formula OneTM Team Chairman and Team Manager Otmar Szafnauer says: “As the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula OneTM Team, we are delighted to announce our partnership with Girard-Perregaux.
