Winners of the “Ichiban Awards”, where Toyota achieved the Best Customer Satisfaction and awarded Europe's Best Dealers, were announced.
Toyota dealer that provides high customer satisfaction from Turkey ALJ Toyota Plaza Ankara, supplied by Toyota Motor Europe has been awarded this prize. The Ichiban award ceremony will be held online on June 10, and the 44 best Toyota Authorized Dealers in Europe will be connected to Toyota Europe's headquarters in Brussels.
This year, 32 dealers from 44 European countries were awarded this prestigious award. In addition, over 2.500 European Toyota Authorized Dealers competed in the awards held every year, and the dealers that best reflected Toyota's “Customer First” focused approach came to the fore. Making a statement after the announcement of the Ichiban Awards, which is one of Toyota's most important organizations, Toyota Europe President and CEO Matt Harrison said, “Toyota dealers are our main partners and brand ambassadors. We will continue to work as one team to turn challenges into opportunities.
