ŠKODA OCTAVIA ranked first in the "Family Car" category at the 38 Women's World Car of the Year Awards (WWCOTY), which featured 48 female automobile journalists from 2020 different countries.
OCTAVIA, which was selected as the Best Family Car by the jury consisting of women, thus received its first award in international awards held for 10 years.
The fourth generation ŠKODA OCTAVIA continues to be appreciated for its more exciting and dynamic design compared to the previous generation, as well as its wider interior volume, higher comfort level, superior technological features and security systems. At the Women's World Car of the Year Awards held for the first time in 2011, 48 juries voted for the new models presented between January and December 2020. Criteria such as safety, quality, price, design, driving comfort and environmental features were taken into consideration in the voting. OCTAVIA, in addition to all its remarkable features, is environmentally friendly and the same zamIt was also appreciated for its efficient engines that offer high performance.
OCTAVIA, the winner of the Family Car category by women, thus added a new one to its international awards. Same as the new OCTAVIA zamIt has also succeeded in receiving awards such as Best Car of 2021, Best New Car of the Year, Car of the Year, Family Car of the Year, presented by various publications and organizations.
