ASELSAT 3U Cube Satellite, developed entirely with ASELSAN resources within the scope of the self-sourced R&D Project, set off to Florida-USA on January 14, 2021 with SpaceX's Falcon-9 rocket to be placed in low earth orbit.
ASELSAT, which was developed by integrating ASELSAN-designed critical components into the platform produced by Istanbul Technical University, is expected to start its duty after the successful placement of the orbit.

- The camera will download the optical image to be obtained with the payload to the ground station via the X-Band down line subsystem,
- The digital card will collect statistical data about the space environment with the radiation dosimeter and temperature sensor on the payload.
