Autonomous Unmanned Land Vehicle with integrated SARP Remote Controlled Stabilized Weapon System developed by HAVELSAN was exhibited for the first time.
HAVELSAN announced that it has gained joint operations capability for unmanned aerial and land vehicles during its logo launch on December 8, 2020. During the said event of HAVELSAN, the engineers who developed the systems, HAVELSAN General Manager Dr. Mehmet Akif NACAR was informed.
It was stated that with this new capability brought to the platforms, joint operations can be carried out from a single center by integrating payload and subsystems in unmanned aerial and land vehicles. It is also mentioned that joint operation capability will provide a significant advantage in operations as a force multiplier.
Along with the new capability announced during the launch of the logo, other IKA platforms that have gained autonomous capability by HAVELSAN were also exhibited. Equipped with the SARP Remote Controlled Stabilized Weapon System (UKSS) developed by ASELSAN, the Autonomous Unmanned Ground Vehicle was among the platforms exhibited. It was stated that the Autonomous İKA, which was exhibited for the first time, also has the ability to operate jointly with unmanned aerial vehicles. As conveyed by HAVELSAN, Digital Troops:
- Able to perform joint operations from a single center by integrating payload and subsystems,
- It will provide a significant advantage in operations as a force multiplier.
