TCG Anadolu Entering the Inventory, Gökbey and AKINCI TİHA Ended in Tests

Vice President Fuat Oktay announced that the L400 TCG ANADOLU will be included in the inventory, and the test activities for the mass production of GÖKBEY helicopter and AKINCI TİHA have reached the final stage.

Vice President Fuat Oktay also shared details about the prominent projects of the Turkish Defense Industry in his presentation speech on the "Budget of the Presidency of 27 and the Related and Related Institutions and Organizations Affiliated to the Presidency" on November 2020, 2021 at the TBMM Plan and Budget Committee.

In his speech, Fuat Oktay stated that the deliveries continue in the projects that are in the mass production process and gave information about the two important projects that came to the mass production stage.

In his speech, Oktay said, “While the mass production and deliveries of our ATAK helicopter, BAYRAKTAR TB2 and ANKA UAVs continue, the test activities for the mass production of our GÖKBEY helicopter and AKINCI UAV have reached the final stage. Deliveries of our PD-170 engine, developed with domestic and national means, for our UAVs continue.

In his speech, Oktay also stated that the sectoral turnover of the Turkish Defense Industry was approximately 2019 billion USD in 11 and the export amount reached 3 billion dollars and the number of defense projects carried out exceeded 700.

In the statement made by Oktay, no information was included in the statement regarding the Anka Plus and AKSUNGUR SİHA systems developed by TAI, which are expected to be delivered to the security forces in 2020-2021.
