An accident occurred as a result of the collision of a petrol-laden train set belonging to TCDD and another train belonging to TCDD at Izmit / Körfez Station on 08.10.2020 at around 23.30:XNUMX. In this dangerous accident, special security measures were taken for wagons full of flammable and explosive materials, and only property was lost in the incident.
While the officers who came to the scene intervened by performing cooling work, no loss of life or injury occurred in the accident.
