The success score was calculated by taking the average of the KPSS score, Written Exam and Oral Exams of the candidates who applied to the General Directorate of TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş for the contracted mechanic (assistant machinist) position and succeeded in the written and oral / applied exam. The workplaces were determined according to the success scores of the candidates whose preferences were previously taken.

- 2 Number Discharge Certificate (For those who have served in military service) or Military Status Certificate (Those who have deferred) (can be obtained from related institutions or e-government system)
- 2 Number Certified Identity Card Sample (If the original identity card is submitted, the photocopy of the identity card will be approved by the authorized person of TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş.)
- 2 Number Service Certificate (for those who have worked under any social security institution) (can be obtained from the related institutions or e-government system)
- Address Declaration (can be obtained from related institutions or e-government system)
- 6 Photographs taken in the last 9 months
- 2 Number of Criminal Records (can be obtained from related institutions or e-government system)
- 2018 KPSS Result Document
- Train Driver's License
- Health Board Report
- The Declaration of Goods will be filled and given in a sealed envelope.
For the candidates who are assigned the title of Assistant Machinist, the Health Board reports to be obtained from the authorized Full-Fledged State Hospitals or Official University Hospitals in Annex-1 MUST BE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: will not be accepted!) (See Annex-1: Authorized Hospital List)
- The signature of physicians from eye, ear, nose and throat, internal medicine, neurology, general surgery, psychiatry, orthopedics and traumatology, cardiology must be included in the board report.
- Each branch physician will decide according to the health criteria specified in the Health Conditions Required to Obtain Train Driver's License, annexed to the Train Engineer Regulation. (See Annex-2: Health Conditions) In addition, attention should be paid to the issues in the Health Grouping and Health Procedures section specified in the Health and Psychotechnical Directive of our Institution. (See Annex-3: TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. Health and Psychotechnics Directive)
- Writing the imaging, laboratory results and physical examination findings to the relevant department; in the medical board report; Information on the audiometry (hearing) test or test result, information on eye examination and the phrase "works as a train engineer" must be included in the decision section of the report.
However, the medical board report is attached:
- Color Examination (Ishihara test made),
- Visual degrees (right and left eyes are specified separately),
- Screening test (For stimulants and drugs, the result must be negative),
- Hearing examination (as a result of audiometry, how many meters he heard the pure tone average whisper),
- Detailed blood analysis results (Whole blood screening-AST-ALT-GGT-Urea-Creatinine-Hbs Ab-Hbs Ap-HIV-HCV-T3-T4-T5H),
- Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, chest radiography, respiratory function test, urinalysis, test results should be found.
In addition, candidates to be appointed as Assistant Machinists must be successful in the Psychotechnical Evaluation to be made by our Institution.
