China Organizes The First Post-Coronavirus International Fair

The 2020 China International Service Trade Fair is preparing to host its guests in the capital Beijing. The fair is the first large-scale international economic and commercial activity physically organized in China after the outbreak of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Approximately 18 thousand local and foreign businesses and institutions registered to participate in the fair. International organizations from 2020 countries and regions, embassies in China, cross-border trade associations and institutions and businesses are participating in the 148 China International Service Trade Fair.

Within the scope of the fair, global service trade summits, themed forums, sectoral promotion forums and conferences will be organized. The main agenda items of the four global service trade summits were determined as new development trends in service trade, development trend of digital trade, convenience in service trade for cross-border businesses and the World Tourism Cooperation and Development Conference.
 
Among the topics to be addressed in sectoral and professional forums, the development trend in various areas of service trade, innovation-based development, international cooperation, combating the global epidemic and digital trade stand out. On the other hand, at the fair, the world's 500 most powerful companies, cross-border companies and leading companies from related industries will unveil a range of new technologies and services. It was stated that the content in question covered various areas such as scientific and technological measures, financial security and artificial intelligence in combating the epidemic.
 
International organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Food Program, the International Banking Federation and the World Touristic Cities Federation will organize forums on the protection of intellectual property, food supply chain, financial and tourism revival. The total volume of China's service imports and exports reached 2019 trillion 5 billion 415 million yuan in 300. China ranks second in the world in this area. On the other hand, the Department of Service Trade of the Ministry of Commerce announced that the cross-border service trade negative list will be published by the end of the year.
