Statistics provided by the SensorTower Analysis Service show that TikTok is the most downloaded app in August 2020.
It ranks first in terms of number of downloads on the Chinese app, App Store and Google Play. It appears to have been downloaded 63,3 million times in August. Brazil and Indonesia are the countries that install the application the most.
The most popular apps without games are Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
The application that follows TikTok is ZOOM preferred by Apple users for video communication. Among Android users, TikTok-like Snack Video is the most interesting application. The explanation brought to this phenomenon by SensorTower is that TikTok has been blocked in India and has encountered blocking in the United States. - Hibya
