Sadri Alışık, with his full name, Mehmet Sadrettin Alışık (born April 5, 1925, Beykoz, Istanbul - d. March 18, 1995, Istanbul), Turkish actor, film actor and comedian. The actor is Kerem Alışık's father and Çolpan İlhan's wife.
life
He was born on April 5, 1925 in Istanbul. He had an interest in theater during his childhood years; He took part in school plays. He graduated from Beykoz Secondary School (today known as Ziya Ünsel Primary School) and then from Istanbul Erkek High School. He attended the Fine Arts Academy Painting Department for a while. Having appeared on the stage as an amateur at Eminönü Community Center in 1939, Alışık became a professional at Raşit Rıza Theater in 1943. Small Stage, Chamber Theater, City Actors, Oraloğlu, etc. took part in many games in communities.
He made his debut in cinema in 1944 with the film Sinahsızlar, directed by Faruk Kenç. The Little Lady series, in 1961-62, starring with Ayhan Işık and Belgin Doruk in the leading roles directed by Nejat Saydam, attracted attention with the types of Tourist Ömer and Offside Osman, which she played since 1964, and attracted the audience's appreciation. He has appeared in more than 200 movies in his lifetime. He won the Best Supporting Actor at the 1971 Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival for his role in Afacan Küçük Serseri, and the Best Actor Award at the 1994 Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival with Mehmet Aslantuğ for his role in the movie Yengeç Sepeti.
Sadri Alışık, besides his film career; For a period, he filled 45 records and worked at nightclubs, published a poetry book that collected his poems mainly for Istanbul, and also signed oil and charcoal paintings.
Death
Alışık, who was being treated for liver, kidney and respiratory failure and bone marrow disease, died in Istanbul on 18 March 1995. He was buried in Zincirlikuyu Cemetery. Sadri Alışık Cinema and Theater Awards are given every year by the Sadri Alışık Cultural Center founded by his wife Çolpan İlhan in memory of the artist.

Alışık married to actress Neriman Esen for a while and then married Çolpan İlhan. Kerem Alışık's only child was born from this marriage.
