Gaziray, the train line under construction in a suburb of the city of Gaziantep in Turkey. The line is planned to open in 2019 and will be the fourth suburban train system in the country after İZBAN, Marmaray and Başkentray. The system is the same zamIt is part of the significant improvements currently being made along the Mersin-Adana-Osmaniye-Gaziantep railway corridor. The system is 25 km long and is planned to have 17 stations.
Gaziray, a single line of the existing railway line derailed a quad rail, in addition to a separate train traffic is a joint venture between new stations to build and to expand the purpose of the Republic of Turkey State Railways to renovate existing Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. A new 4,8 km tunnel to the west of Gaziantep station was also included in the project. Construction is expected to begin in March 2016 and be completed by the end of 2020.
