TikTok to file a lawsuit against the US administration

According to the news in Reuters, in the statement made by TikTok, "We are taking the presidential decree to the judiciary in order to be sure that the laws are not violated and to guarantee that our company is treated fairly." The firm is starting the official legal process tomorrow.

President Trump signed a decree to sell TikTok to a US company within 90 days, allegedly stealing the information of people who are spyware and delivering it to the Chinese government.

While Microsoft and Oracle have entered into a fierce competition to buy TikTok, Japan is expected to nationalize the application in a similar way.

The TikTok side, which has been making sober statements about the process for a long time, is preparing to make a move.

The White House administration did not make a statement on the issue.
