Second Agreement Signed for S-400 Shipment

Russian state arms export agency, Rosoboronexport's President Aleksander Miheyev, said that the signing of the second agreement for S-400 deliveries to Turkey. Miheyev announced that Moscow and Ankara are discussing the financial model for the implementation of the agreement.

Speaking to reporters within the framework of the International Military and Technical Forum Army-2020, Miheyev said, "The agreement has been signed, we are currently discussing the financial model for the implementation of the agreement with our partners," said the Russian state agency Sputnik.

Defense Industry President İsmail Demir said in June that Moscow and Ankara agreed in principle for the shipment of the second batch of S-400. (Sputnik)
