New Hyundai Elantra N Line Released

Hyundai Motor Company shared drawings last month Elantra Made the official promotion of the N Line model. The N Line version, which is more sporty compared to the new version, has a strong stance with its low and wide body.

Elantra, which is characterized by a special design and performance enhancing elements for the N Line, was developed by Hyundai's high performance N brand. While the Elantra N Line produces 1.6 horsepower and 201 Nm of torque with its 265-liter GDI turbocharged fuel oil engine, it can be preferred with a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). Offering a lively driving experience with its reinforced engine, the car promises superior handling with its 18-inch diameter wheels, multi-link independent rear suspension and larger brake discs. Also, suspensions with increased stiffness for handling performance are some of the Elantra's various mechanical improvements.

While gear changes can be made manually with the paddles placed behind the steering wheel, the driver-oriented features, such as the "Driving Mode" in the vehicle, provide an impressive performance experience to the user. Leather-covered and perforated N steering wheel with red stitching, leather-reinforced N spore Interior design elements such as seats, gear knob with metal materials and leather covering and matte chrome pedals also support the sporty design of the Elantra.

A low and wide stance prevails in the exterior design of the Elantra N Line. The “Parametric Dynamic” design ideology, the brand's new design strategy, definitely gives the new model a sophisticated sporty look. The Elantra's new-generation stepped front grille, N Line logos and bumper reinforced with geometric lines add a more aggressive look to the vehicle. While the air openings in the bumper support aerodynamic performance and engine cooling, it also adds a high performance image to the vehicle.

The sporty sills of the Elantra N Line and the harsh lines on the doors offer an ambiance that is a mixture of fastback and sedan, while quickly emphasizing its low and wide aesthetics. In addition, the black plastic modules and colors used on the body, including the rims, serve to highlight the sporty elements. The rear spoiler, chrome dual-outlet exhaust and N Line after-diffuser contribute to the performance design of the car.

Hyundai also offers N Project performance modules for those who want to further customize the Hyundai N Line models according to their preferences. N performance segments allow the current model to be more dynamic.

Elantra Hybrid

Hybrid, the economical version of Elantra, will be sold primarily in Korea and then offered to customers in other markets. The Elantra Hybrid is equipped with a 1.6-liter GDI Atkinson cycle, four-cylinder fuel-oil engine. The electric motor with magnet technology is powered by a 1,32 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery placed under the rear seats. The electric motor, which offers 32 kW of power with this battery, provides a total of 1.6 horsepower and 139 Nm of torque when combined with a 265-liter GDI engine. The high efficiency electric motor has an electric drive mode that provides instant torque at low speeds and provides extra power support at higher speeds.

After the new Elantra N Line, Hyundai wants to further expand its performance range and plans to launch the 2.5-liter turbocharged Sonata N Line within a very short time.
