Cadillac Introduces Its First Electric Car, Lyriq Model

While the electric car market continues to grow day by day, many manufacturers continue to work on their own models. Luxury car manufacturer Cadillac unveiled the Lyriq, the first fully electric car that appeared as an SUV model.

The vehicle, which is admired in its interior design as well as its exterior design, can travel approximately 500 kilometers with a fully charged battery. The Cadillac Lyriq will start appearing on the roads in early 2022.

No information has been shared about the engine and performance of the Lyriq with its low roofline and black crystal grille design. However, it is said that a new ultium battery is used in the car.

500 km Range

Cadillac Lyriq's battery provides over 100 kW of fast charging support as well as 150 kWh energy production. If the car is fully charged, it can travel up to 500 kilometers.

33 INCH GIANT SCREEN

LED screens, including electric cars, have also become very important. This screen, which makes things a lot easier in vehicles such as Tesla and Audi e-Tron, also appears in the Cadillac Lyriq model.

The car has a full 33-inch LED display. We have to say that these screens are considerably larger than those in other vehicles.

In addition to all these, Cadillac prefers the AKG Studio sound system, which has 19 speakers in the electric motor SUV model. The Cadillac Lyriq will be on the road in late 2021 or early 2022.
