Tarık Tahsin Üregül or with his stage name Tarık Akan (December 13, 1949, Istanbul - September 16, 2016, Istanbul) is a Turkish actor, producer and writer.

The actor, whose real name is Tarık Tahsin Üregül, was born on December 13, 1949 in Istanbul as the third child after a sister and an older brother.
